1. Service Agreement
By hiring Texas YardWorks, you agree to the terms outlined below. We strive to provide reliable and professional lawn care, landscaping, and dirt work services to all our clients in Parker and Palo Pinto counties.
2. Pricing and Payment
All estimates and quotes are based on the specific scope of work discussed. Prices may adjust if the scope of work changes or if the property condition requires additional labor (e.g., overgrown grass, debris cleanup). Payment is due upon completion of services unless a recurring billing arrangement has been established.
3. Property Access and Preparation
Clients must ensure that the property is accessible on the scheduled service day. Please remove any toys, hoses, pet waste, or other obstacles from the yard before our crew arrives. Texas YardWorks is not responsible for damage to items left in the yard.
4. Hidden Hazards
Please notify us of any hidden hazards on your property, such as shallow sprinkler lines, invisible dog fences, cables, or unmarked pipes. We are not liable for damage to hidden or improperly installed utility lines or sprinkler heads.
5. Weather Delays
Lawn care and dirt work are highly dependent on weather conditions. In the event of rain, extreme heat, or hazardous weather, services may be delayed or rescheduled. We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on doing the job right. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to correct any oversights on our part.
7. Cancellations
If you need to skip a scheduled service or cancel a project, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in removal from our regular service route.
